Chapter One has a 14 day exchange policy. We do not accept returns or give refunds, exchange or store credit only.

Exchange or store credit can only be given with a receipt. No exceptions.

Orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on the selected shipping method and destination.

Please note that pre-ordered items will be shipped on or around their release date. If you select shipping at checkout, we cannot guarantee delivery on the release date.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information. We are not responsible for carrier delays or unforeseen shipping issues.
